"Website was a little frustrating"
I kinda struggled a bit using redriverreloading.com. Stuff wasn’t super easy to find and the pages felt sorta clunky. The search didn’t really help me much either. I did end up finding what I needed, but yeah, it wasn’t exactly a smooth shopping experiance.

It’s not bad at all, honestly. Most of the pieces were totally fine and usable, but then a couple felt a little rough around the edges, like they didn’t get the same finish as the others. Maybe I was expecting a bit more for the price, I don’t know. I’m still using it, so it’s not a dealbreaker, but I also wouldn’t say I’m super impressed. Decent overall, just not quite as clean as I hoped...

"Packaging was really well done"
I ordered from redriverreloading.com, the packaging was better than I expected. I’m kind of picky about shipping stuff, mostly because I’ve had boxes show up looking like they got tossed down a driveway, so maybe I notice it more than most people. But everything was packed tight, nothing was rattling around, and the box arrived in good shape. Nothing over the top or fancy, just packed the right way. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Slow replies, kinda frustrating"
Ordered a few things and had a quick question about my order, but getting a response took way too long. I emailed, waited a few days, then had to nudge again.
They did reply in the end, and the products were fine, but it felt like I had to chase them. Customer service just needs to be faster

"Felt overpriced, and no one really took responsibility"
The prices felt a bit high for what I actually got, and once shipping was added, it felt like even less of a good deal. I also got the sense that nobody really wanted to take ownership when I had questions, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I liked the product overall, honestly. It’s good quality, but the shipping was—well, I guess it wasn’t crazy high, just more than I expected.
